The Emerald Kingdom

The Emerald Kingdom of the South-Eastern Region is a peaceful region filled with lush green tropical forests and small coves and beaches. Found, settled and ruled by her majesty the Queen awaywind (to whom you may address as Queen awaywind, my lady, your majesty or your highness) she boasts a fair and just land where all are welcome, as long as they are within the laws.
- Respect is key. When within The Emerald Kingdom you will show respect to people, property, animals and the land.
- The crime of murder of a person will result in a heavy fine (set at $75) and banishment from the kingdom.
- The crime of raiding/destroying the property of a person will result in a heavy fine (not to exceed $75 but amount will be managed depending on the severity of the crime) and temporary banishment.
-The crime poaching of passive animals for sport or non-edible resources will result in a fine (not to exceed $50 but amount will be managed depending on the severity of the crime).

The killing of aggressive animals for sport and non-edible resources is permitted and the killing of passive animals for food in the greatest need is permitted.

Should you be in need of resources, the natural laws of The Emerald Kingdom are stated here:
- For every tree you cut down, you must plant four trees of the same kind in reasonable placement (no grids, tree farms, etc. shall be permitted)
- If you are in need to obtain items such as and related to: sand, grass, stone, ores or other blocks of the type you are to take in a way that preserves the natural feel in the area. Strip-mining is highly discouraged and you must seek an audience with the Queen to be granted special permission.
- The building of any structures (including those within 1000 blocks and the surrounding islands of The Emerald Kingdom) is overseen by the Queen, temporary housing is available if you do not wish to submit to the building standards of The Emerald Kingdom.
If any quarrels arise regarding these rules or if you wish to obtain a building/mining permit, you may seek an audience with the Queen. Investigations and trials will be conducted by the Queen.
